Packages/Courses Import

Importing packages into your system is the final step before you start using it. Here's how to complete the package import file. Marc

**Begin by opening the spreadsheet template at the bottom of this guide.**

Below you can see how the packages should be grouped in. Please note the attachment is only a sample. Feel free to come up with your own way of categorising the packages, people tend to group it similar to the sample spreadsheet.

  • Package Name - the name of your package or course;

  • Description - the description of your package or course;

  • Course Sessions - the number of available sessions in the package;

  • Duration - this is the time (in months) that the package or course will expire in. For example, 12 would indicate the package would expire in 1 year time;

  • Price - this is the total cost of the package/course.

*Please note! - All your packages must correspond with an existing single service that you have sent us in your services list e.g. Skin peel service -- Skin peel course of 6!

From the spreadsheet, you will be able to see what should the packages list template look like. Please open a new Microsoft Excel file on your computer, or the Mac equivalent, and complete the template based on our spreadsheet. Save it as a .csv file, upload it by clicking here and we will import them into your system.

Feel free to use our examples but please delete all that are not required.
