No-Show Protection via Online Bookings

The No-show protection feature is very effective when it comes to Online Bookings.

These are the steps on how we can activate the ' No-show protection' through the Online bookings. 

Step 1: Create an account on the Online bookings system.

Step 2:Book an appointment and at the last step, the cancellation message that you created under the  Cancellation policy will be previewed

Step 3: Click on Finalise your booking and the client will be redirected to a new window where they need to input the card details. 

                             

Step 4: Press the Save Details button. This means that if the client tries to cancel the appointment, the cancellation message will appear stating that they will be charged the cancellation fee. 

Please note that the No Show Protection feature is considered a type of insurance in the system. There is an 0.10p activation charge each time the No Show Protection is activated in the Calendar and in all the Online Bookings if the action is switched on.
