This report will give you a list of leads grouped by their treatment interest.

Additionally, you will have information such as: Treatment Interest, Employee, Lead Name, Email, Created Date

With this report you will have information about your clients that posses or not posses all of the mentioned above.

• Treatment Interest - The treatment type that the lead is interested in.

• Employee - The employee who added the lead into the system.

• Lead Name - The name of the lead.

• Email - The email of the lead.

• Created Date - The date on which the lead has been created.
