How to reschedule an appointment
This article will show you how to properly reschedule an appointment.
You have the option to reschedule an existing appointment at any time in the future. The way to do that is shown in the steps below.1. Open the Calendar (Practice)
2. Click on an existing appointment
3. Click on "Reschedule"
4. You should see a rescheduling box appear on your screen:
5. While this box is visible, feel free to move around days, weeks, or even years. The blue rescheduling box will remain on your screen when navigating through different dates.
6. Drag and drop the blue rescheduling box into an available slot:
7. Choose whether you want to Email or SMS notify the client and click on "Save the changes"
