Editing Patient Details

In order to edit a patient's details, you need to ensure the patient has had a previous assessment.

  1. You can access the patient details by opening his client card.

  • Click on the "Search for or jump to a client" field on the right-hand side and enter the patients' name.

(You can also search for the patient by entering his/her email address, mobile number or their ID)

You could also use the "Advanced Lookup" option to search for clients based on other information you have about them.



2. You can also access the patient client card from the Calendar. 

Once you have opened the client's card, you can now edit all of the patient details by clicking on already existing information or on the 'pen' icon.
