Pabau allows you to bulk upload photos to different clients.
To do this, we require you provide us with a folder of clients named in the following format:
Examples could be:
JamesBond.png
JimmyRoberts.jpg
JimmyRoberts.pdf
Another alternative is if your photos are labelled with the corresponding client ID in Pabau:
Examples could be:
1231.png
1828.jpg
1828.jpg
*Note: Please note that this is the only way we can match and upload in bulk. It is not possible to accept any other method of doing this, as we can not pull any information about the patient from the image file.
What happens if I have 2 clients with the same name?
Pabau will provide you with a tool at the end which will allow you to manually match these to the correct patient.
What happens if a file does not sync due to a typo?
Pabau will provide you with a tool that will allow you to manually match these to the correct patient.
