What to Do If You're Not Receiving the Password Reset Email
In this guide, you'll learn how to request a password reset email and what to check if it doesn't arrive in your inbox.
If you've forgotten your password or need to log back into Pabau, a password reset email lets you set a new one. If that email isn't reaching you, it's usually caught by a spam filter or sent to a different address. The steps below cover how to request the email and what to check if it doesn't come through.
Request a Password Reset Email
On the login screen, click "Forgot Password" and enter the email address linked to your account. A reset email will be sent to that address with a link to create a new password.

Not Seeing the Reset Email?
If the reset email isn't in your inbox after a few minutes, work through the following:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Automated emails are often filtered there.
- Search your inbox for noreply@pabau.com. The reset email is sent from this address, so searching for it will surface the message even if it's been filed elsewhere.
- Confirm you're using the correct email address. The reset email only goes to the address registered on your Pabau account. If you have more than one email, make sure you're checking the right one.
- Add noreply@pabau.com to your safe senders. If you're on a work or corporate email, your provider may be blocking Pabau's emails. Adding the address as a safe sender, or asking your IT team to whitelist it, helps this and future emails come through.
- Make sure your inbox isn't full. If your mailbox is over its storage limit, new emails can bounce before they reach you. Clear some space and request the reset email again.
- Request the email again. If some time has passed, request a fresh reset email and use the most recent link, as only the latest one stays valid.
