What to Do If You Can't Log In to the Pabau GO App

In this guide, you'll learn what to check if you're unable to access your account through the Pabau GO iOS app.

The Pabau GO iOS app lets you manage your account on the go. If you're having trouble logging in, it's usually down to an outdated app version, an unsupported device, or an issue with your password or passcode. 

Update the App 

Start by making sure you're running the latest version of Pabau GO. Open the App Store, search for Pabau GO, and install any available update. 

Check Your Device Requirements

The Pabau GO app is available on iOS only and isn't supported on Android. Your device needs to be an iPhone or iPad running iOS 17.0 or later. For the full list, see our Software and System Requirements article.

Resolve a Password Issue

If your password isn't being accepted, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter the email linked to your account to receive a reset email. If the email doesn't arrive, follow the steps in our What to Do If You're Not Receiving the Password Reset Email article.

Resolve a Passcode Issue 

If you're having trouble with your passcode, log in to the web version of Pabau and reset your PIN in your account settings. If your account has multiple users, an admin can also set up your passcode for you. Both options are covered in our How to Set Your Passcode for the Pabau App article.

Basic Fixes 

If you're still unable to log in, work through the following:

  • Check your internet connection. A weak or unstable connection can prevent the app from loading. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to test it.
  • Force close and reopen the app.
  • Restart your device. A quick restart often resolves issues that a simple reopen doesn't.
  • Reinstall the app. As a last step, delete Pabau GO and reinstall it from the App Store to start with a clean version.
