[General](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/financials?hsLang=en#general) # Understanding the Money Page The **Money** page brings your invoices, payments, sales history, appointments and payment links together in one place. It opens on an **Overview** that shows what you're owed, what you've taken and, if you take card payments through Pabau Pay, your balance and what's on its way to your bank. **Step 1: Open the Money Page** Click **Money** in the sidebar. They now open the matching tab on the Money page. **Step 2: Read the Balance Tiles** 1. Choose **7 days**, **30 days** or **90 days**. This sets the period for the chart, the summary and the payment activity further down the page. 2. Read the four tiles across the top. They always show today's position, whatever period you pick: - **Available balance**: the money in your Pabau Pay balance, with the amount still pending underneath. - **Depositing to bank**: payouts on their way to your bank. - **Unpaid balance**: everything still owed on your invoices, as of today. - **Disputes needing response**: card disputes waiting for you. Until card payments are connected they read **Connect card payments to track this**. Unpaid balance and the rest of the page work either way. Staff need the **Can access wallet** permission to see the card payment figures. **Step 3: Check What You've Taken** 1. **Net payments collected** charts the payments you took each day in the period, with the total at the top. 2. The **Financial summary** breaks the period down into **Payments received**, **Refunds**, **Processing fees** and **Chargebacks**, and shows what's left as **Net revenue**. 3. Click **View all in wallet** to see the full list. **Step 4: Use the Tabs, Disputes and Wallet** 1. Click a tab to open **Invoices**, **Payments**, **Sales History**, **Appointments** or **Payment Links**. Each works just as the page of the same name did before, with the same filters and columns. 2. Click **Disputes** to review and respond to card disputes. 3. Click **Open wallet** to open your Pabau Pay wallet. Disputes and Open wallet need **Can access wallet**. **Step 5: Build Your Own Overview** Scroll to the bottom of the Overview to **Your overview**, where you choose the charts you want to see, such as gross volume, new clients or outstanding invoices.
