Log in to your Pabau account and in the left sidebar menu, click on Money, then select "Appointments" to access the Appointments page.

Filters and Search Options

Appointment Start Date
Filter appointments based on their scheduled start date. You can quickly select timeframes like this month, this week, etc. -
Location
View appointments from one or multiple clinic locations. -
Service
Focus on appointments for a specific service (e.g., Hydrafacial, Botox, Yoga Class). -
With
Filter by staff member to see appointments booked with specific team members. -
Filter By
Use this dropdown to access advanced filtering options such as appointment status, cancellation reasons, or booking source. You can also save these settings as a custom view for quick access later. -
Search Field
Quickly find specific clients, services, or other details using the search bar in the top-right. -
Edit Columns
Customise the table by selecting which columns you want to display - ideal for customizing the view to your role or workflow.

What Each Column Means
Each row in the table represents an individual appointment. The columns provide key details to help you manage bookings effectively:

Appointment Date/Time
The exact time the appointment is scheduled to begin. -
Appointment Date
A simplified view of the appointment’s date - helpful for grouping or sorting. -
Appointment Location
Indicates the location where the appointment will take place. -
Client Name
Displays the client’s name, often with a colour-coded avatar or initials for quick reference. -
Duration
Shows how long the appointment is set to last (e.g., 1h, 1h 30m, 5m). -
Service
Lists the specific service booked for that appointment.
You can also reorder the columns to suit your preferences. Simply hover over a column header, click and hold the dots icon, then drag and drop the column to your desired position. This allows you to organize the appointment table exactly how you want it.

Use multiple filters together to quickly pinpoint specific bookings, such as all Botox appointments with a particular staff member this week.
