Understanding the Activities Table View
In this article, you will learn what the Activities Table view shows, how its tabs and type filters work, how to choose which columns appear, and how to work through activities from it.
NOTE: Boards sit alongside the classic Activities page-both work on the same activities, so nothing you have already created moves or changes. For the classic list view, see Understanding the Activities Page.
What the Table view is for
A board answers “how is this piece of work going?”. The Table view answers “what needs doing?” - it is one list of your activities across every board, in date order, so nothing is missed because it sits on a board you had not opened.
Step 1: Open the Table View
Log in to your Pabau account, click Activities in the left sidebar, then click Table view.

Step 2: Choose a Tab
The tabs across the top pick the set of activities in front of you:
- To do – everything still outstanding.
- Overdue – outstanding activities whose due date has passed.
- Today – due today.
- Tomorrow – due tomorrow.
- This week – due in the current week.
- Next week – due in the following week.
- Completed – activities already marked as done.
To do, Overdue and Completed also carry a count, so you can see how much is waiting without opening the tab.
Step 3: Filter by Activity Type
The chips beneath the tabs narrow the list to one kind of activity-Email, Call, Chase, Follow up, SMS, Reminder or Appointment-with All to clear the filter. Use Search by activity name alongside them to find a specific activity.
Step 4: Choose Your Columns
Click Edit Columns on the right of the search bar to change what the table shows. Five columns are on by default — Done, Due date, Activity, Assigned to and Status — and the popover lists everything else below them.
Use the Search columns field to jump straight to a column, or scroll the list and tick the ones you want. The columns are grouped by the record they come from:
- Activity
- Client
- Lead
Once everything is switched on, the popover simply says All columns are shown.

Step 5: Work Through the List
Tick an activity’s Done box to complete it, or click its name to open it. Select several and the bar at the bottom offers Mark as done, Assign, Duplicate, Delete and Clear selection. Create Activity in the top right adds a new one.
Step 6: Move Between Pages
The footer shows how many activities you are looking at-for example Showing 50 of 214 activities-with Rows per page set to 25, 50 or 100, and arrows to move between pages. Narrowing the tab, the type or the search is usually quicker than paging through everything.
NOTE: The Table view lists the activities you are allowed to see. Activities on a colleague’s Private board do not appear, and neither do those on a Shareable board you have not been sent the link to see Activities Board Privacy, Members and Sharing.
