Payouts Report

The Payouts report lists every payout PabauPay (Stripe) has sent to your connected bank account — the amount, its current status, the destination account, and the date Stripe expects the funds to arrive.

It answers: how much money is on its way to your bank, when it should land, which account it’s going to, and whether any payout failed — so you can reconcile the deposits on your bank statement against your activity in Pabau.

For example, a £1,250.00 payout initiated on 4 August might show the status "In transit" with an estimated arrival of Aug 6 — and the Statement descriptor column tells you the exact text to look for on your bank statement when it lands.

In this article, we’ll explain how to find the report, what each filter and column means, and how to drill into an individual payout.

How to find it

Step 1: Navigate to the Analytics Feature

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Analytics, then click on the "Reports" button.

Step 2: Access the reports banner

The PabauPay section of the new reports view

On the "Try our new suite of reports" banner, click Try it now.

Once you’re in the new reports view, go to the PabauPay section and click on Payouts (marked "New") to open the report.

NOTE: The PabauPay section is visible only to users whose permission role includes "Can access business company reports" — there is no separate per-report permission. The report reads live data from your PabauPay (Stripe) account, so it only shows results once PabauPay is set up. New to PabauPay? Start with the Card Terminal and Wallet setup guide.

Filters

  • Dates – Required. The date range the report analyses, matched against the date each payout was initiated. Defaults to the last 30 days, with presets for Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, Last month, and Year to date, or a custom range.
  • Status – Optional, single-select. Defaults to All statuses, or narrow to Paid, Pending, In transit, Failed, or Canceled.
  • Method – Optional, single-select. Defaults to All methods, or narrow to Standard or Instant.

There’s no location filter and no search box — payouts belong to your PabauPay account as a whole, not to an individual location.

Understanding the report

The table

Each row is one payout. For a definition of every column, open the Help panel.

Column What it shows
Amount The gross amount transferred to your bank.
Status The payout’s current Stripe status, as a coloured pill: Paid (green), Pending and In transit (blue), Failed (red), Canceled (amber).
External account The destination bank account — your bank’s name plus the account’s last four digits.
Description Stripe’s description for the payout; when none is set, the payout’s ID shows instead.
Statement descriptor The text that appears on your bank statement — the quickest way to match a payout to a line on the statement.
Method Standard or Instant.
Initiated When the payout was created, e.g. "Aug 4, 3:12 PM".
Est. arrival Stripe’s estimated date the funds arrive in your bank, e.g. "Aug 6".

Drilling into a payout

Every row links through — click a payout and its details page opens in a new tab, where you can see the transactions that make it up. See How to View Payout Details for a walkthrough of that page.

The totals bar

Below the table, Total sums the amount of every payout in the current view, and the results label shows the count, e.g. "12 payouts".

NOTE: The report loads your 100 most recent payouts, regardless of how wide you set the date range. For anything older, open your Stripe dashboard — see How to Access Your Stripe Dashboard via Pabau.
