Memberships in Pabau make it easy to offer flexible plans to your clients, helping you build loyalty and recurring revenue. To open the [Membership dashboard](https://app.pabau.com/memberships/dashboard), click **More** in the left sidebar and choose **Memberships**. ![The More panel in the left sidebar with Memberships marked](https://support.pabau.com/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/250975662288-01-more-memberships.png) *Memberships is in the More panel of the sidebar* #### **Membership Dashboard** The Membership Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your membership performance and subscriber activity.  ![Overview of the Membership Dashboard 2](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/250975662288-02-overview.png?width=641&height=297&name=250975662288-02-overview.png) **Failed Payments** If any membership payments have failed in the last 7 days, a banner at the top of the dashboard tells you how many, for example **2 payments failed in the last 7 days**. Click **Review queue** to see who is affected. The **Dunning queue** opens on the right, showing **Failed payments — last 7 days**. Each affected member is listed once, with: - their name, email address and membership plan - the amount that failed - how many times the payment has been tried, for example **3 retry attempt(s)** - **Last try**: when the card was last charged - the card used, shown by its brand and last four digits The footer shows how many members are affected in total. **NOTE:** Stripe tries a failed membership payment again automatically, so the same payment can fail more than once. The queue groups those tries into one row per member, so each member appears once. Contact the members listed to update their card. When no payments have failed in the last 7 days, the banner doesn't show. At the top of the dashboard, you'll find four key metrics: - **Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR):** The total revenue generated from active memberships each month, including a comparison to the previous month so you can track growth over time. - **Active Subscribers:** The total number of clients currently subscribed to a membership plan, along with how many are new or churned this month. - **Subscriber Churn Rate:** The share of subscribers who cancelled, or whose membership ended, in the current month, shown alongside the industry average and a 12-month trend. - **ARPU (Average Revenue Per User):** The average monthly revenue generated per subscriber. ![Overview of the Membership Dashboard 3](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/250975662288-03-kpis.png?width=641&height=123&name=250975662288-03-kpis.png) Below the metrics, the **Subscriber Growth Over Time** chart displays how your total subscriber count has changed over the last 12 months, giving you a clear visual of your membership growth trends. If you have more plans than fit on the card, click **Show more** to see the full list. Click **Add new plan** to create a new membership directly from the dashboard, or **View all plans** to go to the full Memberships management page. ![Overview of the Membership Dashboard 5](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/250975662288-05-plans.png?width=329&height=523&name=250975662288-05-plans.png) **Members** Below the dashboard overview, the **Members** table gives you a detailed breakdown of all clients who have subscribed to a membership plan. You can search by name or email, and filter by **Status** or **Plan** to narrow down the list. 1. Click **Status** or **Plan** and tick the options you want. Each option shows how many members it matches, and the button shows how many options are ticked. 2. Your filters appear as chips next to **Filtered by:**. Click the **×** on a chip to remove that filter. 3. Click **Clear all** to remove every filter and search at once. ![The Members table with the Status filter set to Active, the Filtered by chip and Clear all marked](https://support.pabau.com/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/250975662288-01-member-filters.png) *Filter the Members table by status or plan* The table includes the following columns for each member: **Member:** The client's full name and email address. **Plan:** The membership plan the client is subscribed to. **Status:** The current status of their membership, such as Active, Paused, Trial or Cancelled. **Payment Method:** The payment method linked to their membership for automatic billing. **Total Spend:** The total amount the client has spent. **Payments:** A visual record of all payments made by the client. **Last Payment:** The date and time of the most recent payment. **Joined:** The date the client first subscribed to the membership. ![](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Pabau%202%20Knowledge%20Base/kb/gap-2026-10/250975662288-07-members-table.png?width=670&height=298&name=250975662288-07-members-table.png) You can also export the full members list using the **Export** button in the top right corner of the table.
