Pabau provides detailed reports for both newsletters and SMS campaigns. Follow these steps to view broadcast reports seamlessly. #### Step 1: **Navigate to Broadcasts** [Log in to your Pabau account](http://app.pabau.com/), and in the left sidebar menu, click on Marketing, then click on [Broadcasts](https://app.pabau.com/marketing/broadcasts).   ![image-png-May-21-2026-09-33-44-2856-AM](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-May-21-2026-09-33-44-2856-AM.png?width=670&height=385&name=image-png-May-21-2026-09-33-44-2856-AM.png) #### Step 2: Choose Campaign Type On the left side of the "Broadcast" page, select whether you want to review the performance of your Newsletter or SMS campaigns by clicking on the respective option. #### **Estimated Revenue and Appointments** The summary at the top of the **Newsletter** and **SMS** tabs includes two estimates: **Est. revenue (90 days)** and **Est. appointments (90 days)**. They show what clients paid, and the appointments they booked, in the 90 days after receiving any campaign you sent in the last 90 days. For each sent campaign they show what the clients it was sent to paid, and the appointments they booked, in the 90 days after it went out. Drafts and scheduled campaigns show a dash. Cancelled and no-show appointments are not counted. A campaign sent less than 90 days ago is still inside its window, so its figures can keep rising. #### Step 3: Select Campaign for Report Hover over the campaign for which you want to view the report. This chart allows you to quickly assess the campaign's impact and engagement trends. By following these steps, you can efficiently access and analyze broadcast reports in Pabau, gaining valuable insights into the success of your marketing campaigns.
