Step 1: Navigate to Medical Form Templates
First, log into your Pabau account. Navigate to the left sidebar menu and click on Setup. From there, go to Medical Form Templates under the Clinical section.
Step 2: Access the Treatment Form Template
To add a drawing component, select the treatment form template you wish to modify. If you prefer to start from scratch, click on "Create Form" in the top right corner and select Blank Template.
It is important to ensure that you select "Treatment Form" as the Form Type under the "General" settings in the medical form builder. This selection is crucial for making the drawing component available.
Step 3: Add the Drawing Component
Once you are in the medical form builder, expand the Components section to find the available components. Locate the Drawing component and either click on it or drag and drop it to the desired location within your form.
Step 4: Configure the Drawing Component
After adding the drawing component to your form, click on it to open the Component Settings on the right-hand side of the screen. In the settings, you can label the component using the Question field, which helps in identifying the purpose of the drawing within the form.
Under the Diagram section, choose the image you plan to draw on.

Additionally, make sure to enable the drawing and plotting functionalities for the component to ensure that it meets your specific needs. Once you have configured these settings, click on "Save component" to apply your changes.
Step 5: Save the Form
Finally, to save all the modifications you have made, click on "Save Form" in the top right corner of the screen. This action will save your form with the new drawing component included, making it ready for use in treatment and documentation.
By following these steps, you can successfully add and configure a drawing component in your treatment forms, allowing for enhanced visual documentation and improved patient care.
