Room View in the Pabau iOS app lets you see your calendar appointments grouped by the rooms or resources they are booked in, rather than by staff member or time slot. This makes it easy to get a clear picture of room availability and manage your schedule on the go.

Step 1: Launch the Pabau iOS App
Log into your Pabau account on the Pabau iOS app using your usual login credentials. You will be prompted to enter your passcode when logging in.

Step 2: Navigate to the Calendar
From the bottom/top navigation menu (depending on iOS device), tap on Calendar to open your calendar view.
Step 3: Switch to Room View
Tap the view options icon at the top left side of the calendar screen to access the available calendar view modes.
From the options presented, select Room view.
Step 4: Browse Room Availability
Your calendar will now display appointments grouped by room, showing you at a glance which rooms are occupied and which are available within your configured working hours. Room names are listed at the top of the Calendar screen.
Scroll through the Room View to see appointments organized by each room or resource.
