How to Use Pabau GO in Offline Mode
Offline Mode in the Pabau GO app allows you to keep working even when your internet connection drops. This article walks you through how to set up and use Offline Mode.
Step 1: Log in to the Pabau GO App
Open the Pabau GO app on your iPhone or iPad and sign in using your email address and password. Tap Sign In to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Offline Mode
Tap Menu in the bottom navigation bar. Scroll down to the Pabau Help section and tap Offline Mode.

Step 3: Sync Your Schedule Before Going Offline
Before losing your connection, tap the Sync button in the top right corner of the Offline Mode screen. This saves today's appointments to your device so they remain visible when you go offline.

The calendar will show today's date, the number of appointments cached, and a timestamp showing when the data was last synced.
You must sync while online before going offline. If you do not sync first, your appointment data will not be available without internet.
Step 4: View Appointments Offline
Once synced, the calendar in Offline Mode displays all of today's appointments across your staff members — exactly as it appears when online. You can scroll through the day view to see appointment times, client names, services, and rooms.
The orange OFFLINE MODE banner at the top of the screen confirms you are working without an internet connection.
Step 5: Take Payments Offline
To process a card payment while offline, tap the Checkout button at the top of the Offline Mode screen. The Offline Payment screen will open.

Enter the payment amount using the number pad. Tap Select Terminal to choose the card reader you want to use. Tap Send to Terminal to process the payment.

The payment will be queued securely on the device and will upload to Pabau automatically once your connection is restored.
Step 6: Track Pending Payments
Tap the Payments button at the top of the Offline Mode screen to open the Terminal Payments panel. This shows all payments that are queued and waiting to sync.
Payments are listed with their amount, status, source, staff member, and date and time. You can filter by Today, This Week, This Month, or All.
The Pending tab shows payments that have not yet been uploaded. The Mapped tab shows payments that have been successfully linked to an invoice.

Once you reconnect to the internet, pending payments will upload to Pabau automatically — no manual action required.
Step 7: Reconnecting
When your internet connection is restored, Pabau GO will automatically sync any pending payments and data in the background. The orange Offline Mode banner will disappear and the app will return to its normal state.
Tap Sync regularly when online to keep your cached schedule up to date, especially at the start of each working day.
