How to Use Filters in the My Activities Report
This report shows you the activities logged against your leads and clients, so you can track what your team has scheduled, completed, or added over any given period.
Step 1: Navigate to Analytics
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu, where you can find the Analytics tab. Click to expand it, and it will reveal Reports.

Step 2: Open the My Activities Report
Under the Activities section, you will find the My Activities pre-created report. Click on the report name to continue.

Step 3: Review the Default Filter
The My Activities report opens with 1 filter applied:

- Activity where Add time is in This month — restricts the report to activities that were added within the current calendar month
Each part of this filter — object, field, operator, and value — can be clicked and changed independently, which is what the rest of this article walks through.
Step 4: Change the Object
Clicking on the object opens a dropdown of everything you can build a filter around:

- Activity — the activity the report is built around, and the default object for this report
- Lead — the lead the activity is linked to
- Client — the client the activity is linked to
Choosing a different object changes the entire list of fields available in Step 5, since each object carries its own set of details.
Step 5: Change the Field
Clicking on the field opens a scrollable list, since an activity record carries a lot of detail. This is where you choose exactly what aspect of the activity you want to filter on.

The fields available for the Activity object include:
- Done — whether the activity has been marked as completed
- Subject — the subject or title of the activity
- Assigned to user — the team member the activity is assigned to
- Due Date — the date the activity is due
- Status — the current status of the activity
- Type — the type of activity, such as a call, email, or task
- Duration — the length of time recorded for the activity
- Done time — the date and time the activity was marked as done
- Note — any note recorded on the activity
- Free/Busy — whether the activity's time slot is marked as free or busy
- Creator — the user who created the activity
- Add time — the date the activity was added, which is what powers the default filter
Picking a field here decides what the operator and value in the next steps will actually test.
Step 6: Change the Operator
For the default filter's field, Add time, which is a date, the operator list is:

- is — only include activities added on an exact date
- is not — excludes activities added on an exact date
- is later than — only include activities added after a given date
- is earlier than — only include activities added before a given date
- is exactly or later than — includes the date itself plus everything after it
- is exactly or earlier than — includes the date itself plus everything before it
- is now until — only include activities added between now and a date you specify
- is empty — only include activities with no add time recorded
- is not empty — only include activities that do have an add time recorded
Step 7: Choose the Value
Clicking on the value for Add time opens the Favourite Intervals list — rolling date ranges that update automatically each time the report runs:

- Today — from midnight until the current time
- Yesterday — the previous 24 hour day
- This month — the current calendar month, and the default value for this report
- This year — the current calendar year
Step 8: Review the Data
Once your filter is set the way you want, the report updates automatically, showing you the activities that match, measured by add time.
By following these steps, you can easily generate and customize the My Activities report.
