How to Switch Between Locations in the Calendar

In this article, we’ll show you how to easily switch between clinic locations when viewing your calendar in Pabau.

This is especially helpful if your business operates across multiple sites and you need to manage bookings, schedules, or availability for specific locations.

Swapping between locations allows you to stay organized, avoid booking errors, and ensure you're viewing only the relevant information for your day.

Step 1: Open the Calendar

Log in to your Pabau account and click on Calendar from the main navigation menu to open the calendar dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Filter Panel

In the top-right corner of the calendar dashboard, just below the Privacy toggle, click the filter icon. This will open a filtering panel on the left-hand side of your screen. From this panel, you can filter the calendar by:

• Locations

• Employees

• Appointment statuses

• Services

Step 3: Select or Deselect Locations

To swap between locations:

• In the Location section of the filter panel, you’ll see a list of all active clinic locations.

• Tick the checkbox next to the location(s) you want to include in your calendar view.

• Untick the checkbox to remove a location from view.

The calendar will automatically update based on your selection, showing only the appointments, staff schedules, and availability for the locations you’ve chosen.

If you’d like to save your preferred view, click the "Apply Filter" button at the bottom of the filter panel. This will keep your selection active as you continue using the calendar.
