How to Setup Service Colors

This article explains the steps to set up unique colors for your services in Pabau, which will help you quickly identify appointment types and manage your calendar more efficiently.

Step 1: Navigate to Services

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page by clicking the Setup icon located on the left sidebar menu. Under the Services section, click the 'Services' tab.

Step 2: Select Service

Once you open the services page, all your services will be listed. To find the specific one you'd like to edit, use the search bar located on the top of the screen.

Step 3: Select Service Color

The 'General' tab opens by default. In this tab, you'll find the 'Appointment color' section where you can select or change the color for the service.

You can select one of the readily available color swatches displayed. Alternatively, to choose a more specific color, click the '+' (plus) icon. This will open an extended color palette.

Step 4: Save Changes

Once you've selected the color, navigate to the top right corner and click the 'Save' button to save the changes.

Step 5: Access the Calendar 

You will then see this service's assigned color in the Calendar when an appointment is booked for that service.

By following these steps, you can now effectively set up custom service colors, making your Pabau calendar easier to read and manage visually.
