How to set up the Google review integration

This article covers enabling the Google review integration for your account in Pabau.

Pabau allows you to integrate your clinic's Google reviews so you can manage and respond to them directly from your review manager.

1. In the left sidebar, go to Setup > Marketing & Communication > Feedback Survey.
   
2. Go to the Integrations step.
   
   To do this, scroll down and press Next Step in the bottom right corner twice.
   
3. Locate the Google reviews integration.
   
4. Click on Set Up Now.
   
5. In the pop-up, enter the URL to your Google reviews link.
   
   Note: To get your Google review link, look up your clinic on Google, then press Write review. 
   
   Then copy the URL.
6. Click on Save.
   

The Google review integration has been enabled - now your Google reviews will be listed in Pabau, and you can respond to them.
