How to Set Up Tap to Pay on iPhone in the Pabau GO App

NOTE: Tap to Pay is only available on iPhone. It is not supported on iPad.

Step 1: Log in to the Pabau GO App

Open the Pabau GO app on your iPhone and sign in using your email address and password. Tap Sign In to access your account.

Step 2: Navigate to Tap to Pay

Tap Menu in the bottom navigation bar. Scroll to the Payments section at the top of the Menu page and tap Tap to Pay on iPhone.

Step 3: Set Up Tap to Pay

On the Tap to Pay screen, you will see a reader list at the top. If no readers are found, pull down on the screen to refresh.

Enable the Auto-connect toggle to automatically connect Tap to Pay on iPhone each time the app launches. This means you won't need to manually activate it before taking payments.

Step 4: Take a Payment

Once set up, Tap to Pay on iPhone will be available as a payment method at checkout. Clients can pay by holding their contactless card, Apple Pay, or other digital wallet near your iPhone to complete the payment — no card reader required.

NOTE: Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 16 or later and that you are signed in to your Apple ID to use Tap to Pay on iPhone.
