How to Set Up Scheduler Filters

In this article, we’ll show you how to use filters in the Scheduler to customise your shift view. This helps you manage your schedule more efficiently and stay organised..

Step 1: Navigate to the Scheduler

Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Team, then click on "Schedule".

Step 2: Locate the Filter Buttons

At the top of the Scheduler, you will see two filter buttons:

• Location – Filter shifts by one or more clinic locations.

• Employee – Filter shifts assigned to specific staff members or teams.

Step 3: Apply Location Filters

Click the ''Location'' button to open a list of available clinic locations. Select the locations you want to include in your view. Once selected, the Scheduler will update to show shifts only at those locations.

Step 4: Apply Employee Filters

Click the button next to the location to display the list of staff members. Select one or more employees to focus the Scheduler on their shifts.

Additionally, you can filter shifts by teams, such as nurses, doctors, or other staff groups, to further customise your view. Confirm your selection to update the Scheduler accordingly.

You can adjust or clear filters anytime to change your Scheduler view. To clear all filters, simply deselect all options. 

By following these steps, you can easily customise your Scheduler view to focus on the shifts most relevant to your needs, helping you stay organised and manage your team efficiently.
