How to Set Up Employee-Specific Service Duration

In this guide, we will walk you through the steps to set a specific duration for an employee when performing a particular service.

This feature is useful when different employees require more or less time than the default service duration to complete a procedure. By setting employee-specific durations, you can optimize time management and ensure accurate booking allocations.

Step 1: Navigate to Services

Log in to your Pabau account. In the left sidebar menu, go to Setup and then click on "Services" under the Services section.

Step 2: Access the Pricing Tab

Open the service you want to modify. Inside the service details page, navigate to the Pricing tab. In the Pricing & Duration section, you can enter the default duration of the service. This duration will automatically apply to all employees and locations unless otherwise adjusted.

Step 3: Configure Employee-Specific Duration

To assign a different duration for a specific employee, go to the Special Pricing section.

Under the Employees category, locate the employee for whom you want to set a unique duration. Click on the "Duration" field and select the required time from the dropdown list.

After adjusting the employee-specific duration, click on the "Save" button in the top-right corner of the page to apply the changes.

By following these steps, you can customize service durations for individual employees, improving scheduling efficiency and team management.
