How to Set Up Bank Details in Invoice Templates

You can add your bank details directly to your invoice templates in Pabau, so clients have all the payment info they need at a glance. Here, you’ll learn how to access invoice templates, enable the bank detail section, and enter your account information.

Step 1: Access your Invoice Templates

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Go to the Setup section from the left sidebar, then scroll to "Financials" and click "Invoice Templates".
You can also search for "Invoice Templates" using the search bar at the top right of the Setup page.

Step 2: Open the Template you Want to Edit

Find the invoice template you’d like to update. Click on the three dots on the right side of the template, then select "Edit".

Step 3:  Access the Payment Section

Inside the edit page, use the sidebar on the right to select Payment. Then click "Payment Info" in the slide-out panel.

Step 4: Enable the Bank Details Option

In the Payment Information tab, toggle on “Show bank details on invoice.”

Step 5: Add your Bank Information

Fill in the relevant fields, such as:

• Account name

• Bank number

• Sort code

• Bank name

• Any additional information you want to appear on the invoice

Everything you enter here will automatically appear on your invoice preview in real time, so you can double-check how it looks.

Step 6: Save your Changes

Once you've entered all the necessary information, click "Save" at the top right of the screen.

Including your bank details on invoices ensures clients have clear instructions for making payments — especially helpful for clinics that prefer manual bank transfers over card payments.
