How to Set Location-Specific Membership Pricing and Usage Restrictions

If your account has multiple locations, you can set a different price for each one, choose which wallet the revenue is allocated to, and decide whether members can redeem their perks at any location or only where they originally signed up.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup

Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page and find Memberships under the Catalogue section.

Step 2: Create a Membership

Once you're on the Memberships page, click the "Create Membership" button to get started.

Step 3: Insert Details

In the Basics step, add the membership name and description, then scroll down to add the perks clients should receive, such as services, discounts, or credits.

Step 4: Set Location-Specific Pricing

Click Next Step to move to the Payments tab, and set up the Base price, Recurring schedule, and Payment plan as normal.

Expand the Location section to add pricing for each location. Each location will be listed with its own Price field - leave it blank to use the base price, or enter a different amount to override it for that location.

You can also assign a Wallet for each location, determining which wallet the revenue from that location is allocated to.

Step 5: Set Usage Restrictions

Under Where can members use this?, choose one of the following:

• Can use membership in any location - members get access at every active branch.
• Only where the membership was purchased - restricts use to the branch where the member signed up.

The preview panel on the right will update to reflect the pricing for the location used in the schedule preview.

Step 6: Finish Setup

Continue through the When to collect payment? section as normal, then proceed to the Appearance step to finish customizing and save the membership.
