[Memberships](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/memberships?hsLang=en) # How to Set Location-Specific Membership Pricing and Usage Restrictions ## In this article, we'll cover how to set different membership prices per location and control where members can redeem their perks. If your account has multiple locations, you can set a different price for each one, choose which wallet the revenue is allocated to, and decide whether members can redeem their perks at any location or only where they originally signed up. **NOTE:** The membership feature will be usable only when the [Stripe integration is active](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/how-to-integrate-with-stripe?hsLang=en). #### Step 1: Navigate to Setup Start by **[logging in to your Pabau account](http://app.pabau.com/)** using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the **[Setup](http://app.pabau.com/setup)** page and find **[Memberships](https://app.pabau.com/setup/memberships)** under the **Catalogue** section. ![](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Memberships%20category/How%20to%20create%20Memberships%201.png?width=559&height=263&name=How%20to%20create%20Memberships%201.png) #### Step 2: Create a Membership Once you're on the **[Memberships](http://app.pabau.com/memberships)** page, click the "Create Membership" button to get started. ![](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-30-2026-08-55-59-9007-AM.png?width=535&height=274&name=image-png-Jun-30-2026-08-55-59-9007-AM.png) #### Step 3: Insert Details In the **Basics** step, add the membership name and description, then scroll down to add the perks clients should receive, such as services, discounts, or credits. ![](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-30-2026-09-23-22-3010-AM.png?width=580&height=297&name=image-png-Jun-30-2026-09-23-22-3010-AM.png) #### Step 4: Set Location-Specific Pricing Click **Next Step** to move to the **Payments** tab, and set up the **Base price**, **Recurring** schedule, and **Payment plan** as normal. Expand the **Location** section to add pricing for each location. Each location will be listed with its own **Price** field - leave it blank to use the base price, or enter a different amount to override it for that location. You can also assign a **Wallet** for each location, determining which wallet the revenue from that location is allocated to. ![](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-30-2026-10-07-56-0743-AM.png?width=534&height=274&name=image-png-Jun-30-2026-10-07-56-0743-AM.png) ##### Step 5: Set Usage Restrictions Under **Where can members use this?**, choose one of the following: - **Can use membership in any location** - members get access at every active branch. - **Only where the membership was purchased** - restricts use to the branch where the member signed up.
