Each perk on a membership has its own renewal period, separate from the membership's billing schedule. This means a membership can be billed yearly, while an individual perk - such as a service or credits - refreshes monthly. This lets you offer a flexible structure, such as a yearly membership that grants a set number of treatments every month throughout the year.
NOTE: The membership feature will be usable only when the Stripe integration is active.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup page and find Memberships under the Catalogue section.
Step 2: Create a Membership
Once you're on the Memberships page, click the "Create Membership" button to get started.
Step 3: Set a Usage Limit on the Perk
In the Basics step, find the perk you want to configure under Membership Perks and click the cog icon next to it.
In the Usage limit window, choose Set a limit and enter how many times a member can redeem the perk (e.g. 1). Click Apply.
NOTE: Perk Settings - including renewal frequency - are only available once a numeric usage limit is set. If you select Unlimited, members can redeem the perk as often as they like, and there is no renewal period to configure since there is no usage cap to replenish.
By default, this is set to Entire Membership (No renewal), meaning the usage limit applies once for the lifetime of the membership and does not refresh.
Click Save to apply your changes.
