Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card.
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and proceed to type the client's name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.
Step 2: Click the Create Button
Navigate to the bottom right corner of the page and click the Create button (represented as a blue plus sign) to access all actions.
Step 3: Write a Treatment Note
From the Create button, select Treatment Note. You’ll first be prompted to choose a treatment note template. The last three treatment forms you used will appear at the top as quick suggestions.
Once you select the template, the treatment note will open, and you can start typing directly into the text fields. When you're ready to save it for later, click the Save as Draft button.
To access your drafts, open the Chart/EMR section and click “Treatment Notes.” Here, you’ll see all treatment notes created for the client — including any saved drafts.
