When an incorrect passcode is entered, Pabau GO displays a "Wrong Passcode" message and prevents access to the app. If you're unable to remember your passcode, you can reset it in Pabau and use the new passcode to log back into the app.
Follow the steps below to learn how.
Step 1: Access Your Pabau Account
Access Pabau through a web browser and sign in using your account credentials.
Step 2: Open Your Account Settings
Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the screen, then select Account Settings from the dropdown menu.
This will take you to your account settings, where you can manage your personal preferences, security settings, and passcode.
Step 3: Navigate to the Security tab
Once in Account Settings, proceed to the "Security" tab.
Step 4: Enter a New Passcode
In the Passcode section, enter a new four-digit passcode that you will use to access the Pabau GO app.
NOTE: Ensure that your passcode is a secure 4-digit code. Simple combinations such as 1234 or repeating numbers like 0000 and 1111 are not accepted.
Step 5: Save your changes
Once you've entered your new passcode, click Save Changes in the top-right corner of the page. Your new passcode will be updated immediately.
Log back in to Pabau GO
Open the Pabau GO app on your mobile device and enter your new passcode when prompted.
You should now be able to access the app successfully.
