Step 1: Navigate to Calendar
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click "Calendar" to access your appointments.
Step 2: Book Appointment Using Package
Proceed select an available slot to book. After choosing the client click to book a session from packages on the "Book from Package" section. This is where all the client's booked packages appear.
Step 3: Repeat Appointment
Then, select the repeat appointment button from the modal and choose how you'd like to repeat this appointment.
NOTE: Repeating appointments for package sessions is limited by the number of remaining pending sessions and the package expiry date. The system will prevent you from booking more sessions than are available or extending bookings beyond the package’s expiration.
Step 4: Complete Booking
After configuring the Repeat option, click the "Book Appointment" button. The appointments will be booked on the Calendar.
Step 5: Access Client Card
To confirm if the sessions are repeated, access the client card by clicking on the client name. On the client card, switch to the "Packages" section. Here you'll find that the sessions have now been booked.
By following these steps, you can easily schedule repeated package sessions directly on the calendar.
