Step 1: Accessing Online Booking Settings
To begin, log into your Pabau account using your credentials. Once logged in, navigate to the "Setup" section, which is located in the left sidebar menu. Next, click on "Online Booking," which can be found under the "Services" category.
Step 2: Customizing Confirmation Page
Click on the "Customize" option displayed on the right side of the screen. This action will open up the "Edit Online Booking" modal, where you can make various adjustments to your online booking setup.
Step 3: Setting Custom Confirmation Page URL
Within the "Edit Online Booking" modal, navigate to the "Analytics" tab. Here, you'll find a field labeled "Custom confirmation page URL." In this field, you'll need to paste the URL of the web page to which you want your clients to be redirected after they've successfully booked an appointment online.
After pasting the URL, tick the "Skip the Pabau booking confirmation page and send the client straight to your custom confirmation page" option. This will ensure that the URL you share directs users to a custom confirmation page that you've designed, rather than the default Pabau booking confirmation page.
Step 4: Saving Changes
Once you've pasted the URL of your custom confirmation page, save the changes you've made by clicking on the "Save changes" button, located in the top right corner of the screen.
