How to Redeem Multiple Package Sessions for a Single Appointment

Redeeming several package sessions for a single appointment is now possible — whether the sessions come from the same package or different ones. This allows for more flexibility when clients want to use multiple prepaid sessions at once.

Step 1: Navigate to the Appointment

Log in to your Pabau account and open your calendar.

Click on the appointment that the client wants to redeem package sessions for. This can be a session booked previously or scheduled directly for the client.

Step 2: Open the Checkout Screen

With the appointment open, click Continue in the bottom-right corner. This will open the payment screen, where you can select how to pay for the session.

Step 3: Select Packages

In the checkout screen, click the Packages section. You’ll see a list of all available package sessions for the client, including sessions linked and not linked to the service.

• Scroll through the packages to see all active sessions.

• Packages will display remaining sessions as clickable circles

Step 4: Redeem Multiple Sessions

Click on all the session circles you want to redeem for the appointment.

• You can select multiple sessions from the same package or from different packages.

• Each selected session will be highlighted to show it’s applied.

Step 5: Complete Payment

After selecting the sessions, click Pay to finalize the appointment.

• The total number of sessions applied will be displayed below the Total for clarity.

• Closing the payment popup confirms the redemption.

Step 6: Verify Sessions in Client Card

To confirm that sessions were applied correctly, open the client card:

• Click the client’s name in the calendar, search bar, or Clients list.

• Go to the Payments tab to see all redeemed sessions listed individually.

Step 7: Check Packages Tab

To see the appointment reflected across the packages used:

• Switch to the Packages tab in the client profile.

• Click More Details on any package to view all sessions applied, including the same appointment linked to multiple sessions.

This ensures full visibility of how sessions were redeemed across packages.

Step 8: Review Usage History

For each package:

• Date: Shows when the session was redeemed.

• Appointment: Displays the service booked.

• Staff Performed: Shows the practitioner handling the session.

• Value Each: Price per session is automatically calculated from the package total ÷ number of sessions.

Statuses are updated automatically:

• Booked (Blue): Session is scheduled but not yet paid.

• Pending (Yellow): Session hasn’t been scheduled yet.

• Redeemed (Green): Session is paid using a package.
