Step 1: Navigate to Calendar
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu and click the "Calendar" tab to access your calendar.
Step 2: Access Legend
Navigate to the top right side of your calendar and click the "Legend" icon.
Step 3: Review Icons
After clicking the Legend, a pop-up window will appear showing all the icons that appear on appointments in your calendar. This section explains what each icon represents, including:

Appointment Status Icons – indicate whether an appointment is completed, a no-show, arrived, running late, or awaiting doctor notes.

Payment Icons – show whether an appointment is paid, partially paid, has an unpaid invoice, or if a deposit is paid or unpaid.

Additional Info Icons – highlight details such as notes, special requirements, linked forms and more.
