How to Raise an Invoice for an Appointment From the Client Card
In this article, we’ll explain how to raise an invoice directly from a client card, allowing you to open the POS and load all of the client’s appointments for the day.
Step 1: Access the Client Card
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the screen and start typing the client's name. Their profile will show on the search results.
Step 2: Switch to Appointments Tab
Once you access the client card, switch to the "Appointments" tab to view all scheduled appointments for the client.
Find the relevant appointment and click on the three dots on the far right side of the appointment to show all available options, one of which is "Raise Invoice."

If no invoice exists, the “Raise Invoice” button will be active.

If an invoice already exists, the button will be greyed out and unclickable.
Step 3: Raise an Invoice
Click the “Raise Invoice” button; this will open the Point of Sale (POS). All of the client’s appointments for that day will be automatically loaded into the POS. Complete the invoice as usual in POS.

Once the invoice is successfully raised, the “Raise Invoice” button will become unclickable. If the invoice is later voided, the button will become active again, allowing you to raise a new invoice.
By following these steps, you can easily raise invoices for appointments directly from the client card.
