Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the "Setup" button located at the bottom of the left sidebar menu to access the Setup page.
Step 2: Access Forms
Navigate to the "Clinical" section. Here you will find the "Forms" tab. Click to access all your medical form templates.
Step 3: Print Form Template
Find the template you want to print, click the three-dot icon to reveal available actions, then select ''Print'' to proceed. The macro icon and any placeholder text will be hidden in the print view.
Clicking the "Print" button will open the form in a new tab using the Pabau print dialog.
Only the central content of the form will be printed — large margins and unused white space are excluded for a cleaner layout. Navigate to the top right corner and click the printer icon.
A pop-up window will appear, allowing you to customize print settings such as the print layout, number of pages, and pages per sheet. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the pop-up screen to finalize.
NOTE: To ensure printed forms are clear and functional, certain field types are rendered differently:

Video interactions and file uploads will not appear in the print preview.

Dropdowns and sliders are shown as single-choice components.

Drawing fields are rendered as static images.

Signature fields will display the signature without any icons.

Fields like services, allergies, lab tests, medical conditions, code lookup, and drug selections will appear as plain text inputs instead of interactive elements.
