This article covers the new Client Card, available to selected clinics from August 2026. If your Client Card looks different, see the How to Mark an Activity as Done from the Client Card (Classic) guide instead.
Step 1: Navigate to the Client Card
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the search bar at the top of the page and type at least three letters of the client’s name. Pabau will filter the results as you type.
Step 2: Switch to the Activities Tab
When viewing the client card, click on the "Activities" tab in the navigation menu.
Step 3: Mark as Complete
Locate the activity you wish to mark as done and click on the three dots on the far right side of the activity.
Three actions will appear on the menu, including "Mark as complete". Click on it to complete the activity.
Alternatively, you can mark the activity as complete by clicking on the circle to the left of the activity. The circle fills in with a checkmark, the activity’s title is struck through, and the activity moves to the "Done" group.
You can also mark the activity as done while editing the activity — tick the "Mark as done" checkbox at the bottom of the form and click on "Save".
If you accidentally mark an activity as done, the same menu option will now read "Mark as pending", allowing you to change the activity status back to incomplete. Clicking on the filled-in circle does the same.
By retracing these steps, you can mark an activity as complete.
