Step 1: Log in to the Pabau GO App
Open the Pabau GO app on your iPhone or iPad and sign in using your email address and password. Tap Sign In to access your account.
Step 2: Navigate to Reviews
Tap Menu in the bottom navigation bar. Scroll down to the Marketing section and tap Reviews.
Step 3: Review Dashboard Overview
The Reviews page opens with a summary of your clinic's overall performance at the top:
- Overall rating — Your average score out of 5, with a color-coded scale ranging from Needs improvement (red) through Ok, Great, and Excellent (green)
- Today — Number of new reviews received today
- No reply — Number of reviews that have not yet been responded to
- Hidden — Number of reviews that have been hidden
- Total — Total number of reviews across all sources
Step 4: Review Sources
Below the summary, you will see a breakdown by source — Google, Trustpilot, Doctify, and Pabau — showing the score, number of reviews, and most recent review date for each platform.
Step 5: View Individual Reviews
Scroll down past the source breakdown to see the full list of reviews. Each review shows client name and profile initial, star rating, review source (e.g. Pabau, Google), date of the review and full review text.
Step 6: Reply to a Review
To reply to a review that has not yet been responded to scroll to the review you want to reply to and tap Reply.
A text field will appear below the review. Type your response. Tap Send Reply to post your response. Tap Cancel to discard it without saving.
Once a reply has been sent, it will appear below the review marked as Your reply.
