How to Manage Allergies on the Pabau App

Step 1: Open the Client Card

Start by launching the Pabau app on your iOS device and log into your Pabau account.

To add an allergy, you first need to access the client’s card. You can do this in two ways:

• From the Calendar, tap "Calendar" at the bottom of the screen.

   

  Navigate to the appointment of the client you want to add an allergy for, tap on the appointment, and then tap the client’s name to open their client card.

• Alternatively, you can tap "Clients" at the bottom of the app, search for the client using the search bar, tap on their name, and then select "View profile" to open their client card.

Step 2: Access the Allergy Section

Once the client card is open, tap the + icon next to the "Allergies" section on the left side of the screen. 

Step 3: Add Allergy Details

In the "Add Allergy" modal, you need to select whether the allergy is related to a drug or non-drug compound. Then, choose whether the allergy is active or inactive.

Step 4: Specify the Allergy Details

Enter the name of the specific drug or compound in the "Name" field and tap to select it. In the "Severity" field, specify how severe the allergy is, and in the "Reaction" field, describe the client’s reaction to the allergy.

Step 5: Save the Allergy

To save the allergy, tap "Save." If you want to add another allergy, tap "Save & Add Another."

Viewing and Removing Allergies

You can view and edit all logged allergies by going to EMR > Allergies. To remove an allergy, tap and hold the allergy and two options will appear Edit and Delete.

By following these steps, you can easily add and manage allergies in client cards.
