[Business Details](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/business-details?hsLang=en#business-details) # How to Let Staff Sign In with Google Workspace (SSO) With Google Workspace single sign-on (SSO), your staff can sign in to Pabau with the Google account they already use for their work email, instead of a separate Pabau password. You set it up once for your clinic's Google Workspace domain, and each staff member then chooses **Sign in with Google** on the sign-in page. **NOTE:** Only company administrators can set up Google SSO. Each staff member also needs a Pabau user with the same email address as their Google Workspace account, because Pabau doesn't create users from Google. **Step 1: Open Google Workspace SSO** 1. Go to **Setup → Business Details** and click the **Security** tab. 2. Switch on **Enable Google SSO**. 2. In **Google Workspace domain**, type the part of your staff email addresses after the @, for example yourclinic.com. It must match your Google Workspace domain exactly. 3. Click **Save changes**. Anyone without a matching Pabau user sees **No Pabau account is linked to this Google account. Ask your administrator to invite you.** - **Pabau two-factor is skipped on SSO.** Google's own sign-in, including any multi-factor authentication you've set up in Google Workspace, counts as the second factor. Staff who sign in with a password are still asked for Pabau 2FA as configured. **TIP:** Because Google sign-in replaces Pabau's two-factor check, make sure 2-Step Verification is switched on for your staff in Google Workspace. **Step 3: Allow Google Login on the Sign-In Page** 1. Back on the **Security** tab, under **Allowed login methods**, tick **Google login**. 2. Keep **Password** ticked while your team switches over, so anyone who isn't set up yet can still sign in. **Step 4: Sign In With Google (Staff)** 1. On the Pabau sign-in page, enter your work email address. 2. Click **Continue**. 3. The first time someone signs in with Google, Pabau links that Google account to their Pabau user. From then on, only that Google account can sign in as them. A different one sees **This Google account doesn't match the one linked to your Pabau account. Contact your administrator.** Your clinic's allowed login locations and allowed login IPs apply to Google sign-in too. **Step 5: Check or Disconnect Your Google Account** 1. Click your profile picture in the top right corner, choose **Account Settings** and click **Security**. 2. Under **Google Workspace**, the linked Google address is shown as **Connected**. The next time you choose **Sign in with Google**, Pabau links the Google account you sign in with. **Turning Google SSO Off** Click **Configure** on the **Google Workspace SSO** card, switch off **Enable Google SSO** and click **Save changes**. **Google login** is removed from your allowed login methods at the same time, and the button disappears from the sign-in page. **IMPORTANT:** If Google login is the only sign-in method you allow, Pabau won't let you switch SSO off: **Google login is currently your only allowed sign-in method.
