NOTE: This feature is only available with the Care PLUS plan.
Step 1: Navigate to Setup
Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup button located on the bottom of the left side-bar menu to access the Setup page.
Step 2: Access Templates
Find the "Templates" tab under the "Marketing & Communications" section by expanding "Communications". Click to access all your templates.
Step 3: Create/Edit Template
Create a new template or edit an existing one, depending on where you want to include the video.
Step 4: Attach Video in the Template
To add a video to your precare or aftercare template, navigate to the paperclip icon (attachment) and use it to upload or insert your video link.
You’ll be prompted to upload a file. Select the "Upload files” button, then choose the video from your device that you want to upload.
Step 5: Save Changes
Once the video is uploaded, it will appear right above the "Save Template" button. Click to finalize and save the changes to the template.
By following these steps, you can successfully upload a video to your precare/aftercare templates.
