How to Get Notified When You Have an Assigned Lead

This guide shows you how to turn on notifications for lead assignments.

Step 1: Navigate to Account Settings

Begin by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. From there, navigate to the top right corner and click on your avatar to reveal a menu of options. Choose "Account Settings" to continue.

Step 2: Switch to the Notifications Tab

The Account Settings page contains all your personal configurations. Changes made here only apply to your Pabau account. To proceed, click the Notifications tab in the left-hand menu.

Step 3: Expand the Lead Section

Click to expand the "Leads" section to see all notifications you can receive for leads.

Step 4: Enable Lead Assigned Notification

The "Lead Enquiry" section allows you to choose how you want to be notified. The options are:

• Email: Receive an alert in your inbox.

• Pabau Web: Receive an alert within Pabau.

Tick one or both options depending on what you prefer.

Step 5: Save Changes

Scroll to the top of the page and click the "Save Changes" button at the top right corner to finalize.
