The Product Performance Report in Pabau provides an analysis of how individual products are performing in terms of sales and usage within your practice. To learn more about products, review this [article](https://support.pabau.com/en/pabau2/products-and-stock?hsLang=en). #### Step 1: Navigate to Analytics Start by logging [into your Pabau account](http://app.pabau.com) using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the left sidebar menu, where you can find the Analytics tab. Each filter has four elements - **object, field, operator, and value**. In the screenshot below, you can see an example of the four elements in the "Product Performance" report. ![image-png-Sep-03-2024-09-23-58-6992-AM](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Analytics%20Article%20Category/image-png-Sep-03-2024-09-23-58-6992-AM.webp?width=500&height=279&name=image-png-Sep-03-2024-09-23-58-6992-AM.webp) - **Object**: This is what you're focusing on ("Invoice"). - **Field**: This is the specific detail you're interested in ("Invoice Date"). - **Operator**: This shows how the field relates to the value ("is"). - **Value**: This is the specific data you’re looking at ("this month"). Each of these elements can be customized by clicking on them and choosing a different option. The system has many filters you can mix and match to create detailed, customized reports. **NOTE:** All of the changes made to the filters will be automatically reflected in the report data in the lower section of the screen. If you wish to refresh the data, click on the "Run" button in the top right corner of the screen.  #### Step 4: Add, edit, and delete filters  - **Adding a New Filter:** To introduce an additional filter, click the **plus sign (+)** located beneath your current filters. Then, specify the details for your new filter. - **Editing an Existing Filter:** Locate the filter you wish to modify. Click directly on the element you want to adjust (such as the object, field, operator, or value). A dropdown menu will appear; choose your desired new option. Your changes should save automatically, or you may need to click an "Update" or "Apply Filters" button. - **Removing a Filter:** To delete a filter, simply move your mouse cursor over it. You can add additional columns for more specific details to be shown.  ![image-png-Sep-03-2024-09-36-05-4674-AM](https://support.pabau.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Analytics%20Article%20Category/image-png-Sep-03-2024-09-36-05-4674-AM.webp?width=670&height=286&name=image-png-Sep-03-2024-09-36-05-4674-AM.webp) Some of the columns include: - **Invoice Date:** it allows you to view the date when the invoice was raised - **Product Category**: shows which category the sold product belongs to - **Item Name:** displays which product was purchased - **Item Client:** shows which client purchased the product - **Unit Discount**: indicates the monetary value of the discount applied - **Item Gross**: The total price of all items listed on the invoice before any discounts, taxes, or additional charges are applied After selecting any additional columns, click "Save" to make them appear on the list.
