How to Find Your Inactive/Disabled Packages

This article explains how you can find your inactive packages in Pabau.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the bottom corner of the left sidebar menu and click the "Setup" button to access the Setup page.

Step 2: Access Packages

Find the "Packages" tab under the "Services" section. All your packages will be listed on this page.

Step 3: Filter Inactive Packages

Click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the Packages page to refine your view. To filter your inactive packages, click the "Inactive" filter under the Status section.

Once you've selected the filter, it will automatically show all inactive packages.
