If a colleague creates a custom report and shares it with you, it will automatically appear in your Shared with me tab in Analytics. Reports arrive here when someone shares them with you directly, with your team, or with everyone — see How to Manage Report Access by Teams to learn how sharing works.
Step 1: Go to Analytics
From the left-hand menu in your Pabau account, click on Analytics, then select Reports.
This opens your reporting dashboard.
On the "Try our new suite of reports" banner, click Try it now to open the new reports view.
Step 2: Click on “Shared with me”
In the left column, click on the “Shared with me” tab. Here, you’ll see all reports that have been shared with your user profile by other members of your team.
Each report appears as a row in a list, showing:

The report title

Its category
Each row also has a three dots menu with a reduced set of actions — Duplicate, Go to the report’s source, and Customize. Options like renaming, deleting, or managing access aren’t available here, as those belong to the report’s owner. Reports in this tab don’t have a favorite star — that’s available on the reports you own, under "My reports."
You can use the "Search for a report" field above the list to quickly filter through reports.
