      How to Find Reports Shared With Me

      In this article, you will learn how to locate reports that have been shared with you by other team members.

      If a colleague creates a custom report and shares it with you, it will automatically appear in your Shared with me tab in Analytics.

      Step 1: Go to Analytics

      From the left-hand menu in your Pabau account, click on Analytics, then select Reports.
      This opens your reporting dashboard.

      Step 2: Click on “Shared with me”

      In the left column, click on the “Shared with me” tab. Here, you’ll see all reports that have been shared with your user profile by other members of your team.

      Each report card shows:

      • The report title

      • A preview graph (if applicable)

      • Quick access to view or favorite the report

      You can use the Search by report name field in the top right to quickly filter through reports.
