How to Find My Reports

In this article, you will learn how to find the custom reports you’ve created in Pabau.

Once you’ve built a custom report, it’s automatically saved under your account—making it easy to access and review at any time.

NOTE: If you haven’t created a report yet, follow our guide on How to Create a Custom Report from Scratch.

Step 1: Go to Analytics

From the left-hand menu in your Pabau account, click on "Analytics", then select Reports.
This will open the reporting dashboard.

Step 2: Click on “My Reports”

In the left column, click on the “My reports” tab.
This section displays all the custom reports that you’ve personally created.

You’ll see a card-style view showing:

The name of each report
A preview graph (if applicable)
Quick access to open and manage the report

You can also use the Search by report name bar at the top to quickly find a specific report by its title.
