Step 1: Navigate to the Analytics feature
Log in to your Pabau account, and in the left sidebar menu, go to Analytics, then click on the "Reports" button.
On the "Try our new suite of reports" banner, click Try it now to open the new reports view.
Step 2: Favorite a Report from the Reports Homepage
The quickest way to favorite a report is directly from the reports list. Every report row has a star icon — click the star to mark the report as a favorite, and click it again at any time to remove it. A filled star means the report is one of your favorites.
The star isn’t available on reports labelled "Coming soon". Your own custom reports under the "My reports" tab have the same star on each row.
Step 3: Favorite a Report from Inside the Report
You can also favorite a report while viewing it. Browse through the list of available reports to find the one you want to mark as a favorite, then click on the report to open it and view its contents.
Once you have the desired report open, look for the three dots icon located in the top right corner of the screen.
Click on the three dots icon to open the dropdown menu and click on the "Add to favourites" option. This action will mark the report as a favorite.
Step 4: Access Favorited Reports
To easily identify your favorited reports on the reports homepage, look for the filled star icon on their rows.
Alternatively, you can access all your favorited reports in one place by clicking the "Favourites" tab in the left sidebar of the reports page.
Step 5: Remove a Report from Favorites
To remove a report from your favorites, simply click the filled star on its row on the reports homepage. Alternatively, you can do it from inside the report: start by opening the report you wish to unmark.
Once the report is open, find the three dots icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Click on it, then select the "Remove from favourites" option.
The report will no longer show up under the "Favourites" tab, and the star on its row will return to its outlined state.
By following these simple steps, you can efficiently manage your favorite reports within the Analytics feature, streamlining your workflow and ensuring quick access to the data that matters most to you.
