How to Enable Online Bookings

This guide walks you through the steps to enable online bookings, allowing you to offer your clients the convenience of scheduling appointments directly through Pabau.

NOTE: Understanding the capabilities of Pabau’s online booking system is important before enabling it. So, before guiding you through the activation process, here's a brief overview of its main features.

Step 1: Navigate to Setup

Start by logging into your Pabau account using your login credentials. Then, navigate to the Setup button located at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Step 2: Customize Online Booking

Click the ''Customize'' button located on the bottom right side of the screen to access available settings.

At this stage, you can configure your online booking preferences - including available appointment types, staff availability, booking rules, and more.

Step 3: Enable Online Bookings

To enable online bookings, locate the toggle switch in the top right corner of the screen. Ensure this toggle is blue (indicating it's active). If it's currently grey (inactive), click it to switch its status to blue. Then, click the ''Save Changes'' button to finalize the setup.
