How to Edit Medical Form Templates

This article explains how to edit a medical form template in Pabau, including how to add new components, modify existing ones, change the form name, and more.

Step 1: Navigate to Medical Form Templates

Start by logging into your Pabau account. Then, navigate to Setup, and click on "Medical Form Templates" under the Clinical section.

Step 2: Locate the Desired Medical Form

Identify the medical form you want clients to complete before their appointment. Select the form and click to open it for editing.

Step 3: Edit Components

You can make changes to the medical form template by editing the existing components, deleting a component, or adding new ones. 

To edit the existing components, hover over the component, and the edit icon will appear at the top right corner. Click to start the editing process. 

The text you can edit will appear on the right side of the page. To save the changes, click the 'Save component' button. 

To remove the component altogether, click the 'Delete' button.

Step 4: Add New Components

The left side of the page lists all the available components. To add a component to the medical form template, either click on it to have it appear on the screen or simply drag and drop it onto the page.

Step 5: Edit General Tab

When you expand the "General" tab in the top left corner of the page, you can edit options like changing the form name, linking or removing services, and toggling the 'Request to be completed prior to appointment' feature on or off.

Step 6: Save Changes

After you've made all the necessary changes to your template, click the 'Save Form' button at the top right of the page to save the updates.
