Step 1: Navigate to the Leads Pipeline
Start by logging in to your Pabau account using your login credentials. Navigate to "Leads" in the left sidebar menu, then click on "Pipelines."
Alternatively, you can access the lead pipelines by switching to Kanban view on the Leads listing page.
Step 2: Edit Pipeline
Once you're on the Pipeline page, click "Options" in the top right corner, then "Edit Pipeline."
In the pipeline editing modal, you can change the pipeline name, add or delete pipeline stages, reorder the stages, and set the pipeline as default. The process is the same as when creating a lead pipeline.
To apply the changes you made, click the "Save" button in the top right corner of the page.
